• Event information: couple names and wedding date you provide during setup.
• Video content: video messages recorded by wedding guests via the QR code.
• Waitlist information: email address when you join our waitlist.
• Contact form: name, email, and message content when you reach out to us.

• To provide our services: storing guest videos, generating your wedding film, and managing your account.
• To communicate with you about your order, your film, and product updates.
• To improve our services and user experience.
• To send you launch updates if you joined our waitlist (you can unsubscribe at any time).

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption on trusted cloud infrastructure. All data transfers are encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Data Retention

Guest videos and generated films are available for download for a limited period after your wedding. After this period, content may be deleted from our servers. We recommend downloading all your videos before the expiration date.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our service, including hosting and database (Supabase), video storage and content delivery (Cloudflare R2), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), contact form processing (Formspree), error monitoring (Sentry), and analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads). These providers process data on our behalf, and our advertising partners may receive limited usage data to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. If you are a California resident, you may opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by contacting us.
