Your first film, edited from the video messages with transitions and music, arrives within 24 hours after your wedding's collection closes. You then build your personalized film with the photos and notes whenever you are ready, within the 3 months your files are kept. You choose when the collection closes, a few days after the wedding if you like.

Absolutely! From your couple dashboard, you can watch each video message on its own, in addition to your films, browse the photos and read the notes. Once the collection is closed and your first film is ready, you can download every photo and video as ZIP files, plus the message book as a PDF.

Yes, guests need an internet connection to send their videos and photos. A good phone signal (4G/5G) works perfectly. If reception is weak at your venue, we recommend asking your venue for the WiFi network name and password, and displaying it near your QR code. The live slideshow needs an internet connection too.

Of course! From your couple dashboard, you can share your films by link, or individual video messages, with your wedding guests, family members, or anyone who couldn't attend the celebration. It's the perfect way to relive the moment together.

The QR code leads to an intuitive page with clear instructions, and guests can watch their video and record it again before sending. With the Wedding Kit, the witness badges help your best man and maid of honor guide guests to the QR code. We also provide tips in the setup guide. If you need help, our support team is available.

The digital video guest book works anywhere in the world: nothing ships to you, your QR code and guest link arrive by email the moment you pay, and your guests take part in their phone's browser. It works the same in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, across Europe and anywhere else. The boxed kit on Amazon ships within the United States only. Each event runs in the language you choose: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Portuguese. The guest page, your dashboard and the wording in your films follow that language. Your guests can speak or write in whatever language they like; nothing is transcribed or translated, so each message stays exactly as they recorded it.

Open your slideshow link on it, and photos appear as guests send them, automatically or once you approve each one, in the Elegant, Polaroid or Festive style. The slideshow shows photos only; the videos go into your films.

Your films, photos, videos and notes stay available for 3 months after your first film is delivered. The date is shown in your dashboard and we email you a reminder before anything is deleted, so download everything you want to keep.
