What is a baby shower video guest book?
A baby shower video guest book replaces the card with a link and a QR code. Guests in the room or joining a virtual shower record up to 3 videos of up to one minute for the parents-to-be, or for the baby to watch years later, send photos and write a note, with no app and no account, before, during and after the shower. Photos can play as a live slideshow. The parents keep the videos, the photo album, the written messages and two films: the first within 24 hours after the collection closes, then a personalized film. It costs $49 for the event, with no limit on guests.

What should we ask guests to say?
Ask for a story rather than advice. “What surprised you most about your first year?” gives the parents the same wisdom without the instruction, and expectant parents have usually had all the advice they can take by the day of the shower.
Can guests record a message for the baby rather than the parents?
Yes, and these are the clips families rewatch most. Add it to your sign as an option: “say something to them for when they are eighteen.” Around a third of guests will do it.
Can we do this without a party?

How long can each message be?
Each guest can record up to 3 videos of up to one minute, which is enough for one story told properly. They can also send photos and write a note.
When will the parents-to-be get their films?
The first film arrives within 24 hours after the collection closes, along with every individual video to download and keep. They then build a personalized film with the photos and notes whenever they are ready.
Can guests at a virtual shower send photos too?
Yes. The link works the same from home: a guest can record a video, send photos several at a time and write a note. If you open the slideshow on a screen at the shower, their photos appear in the room as they arrive.
Can we add photos from the shower to the film?
Yes, in your personalized film. The first film is made from the video messages; in the second you choose which photos and notes to add, and in what order.
Does this work outside the United States?
Yes, anywhere in the world. Nothing ships to you: your QR code and guest link arrive by email the moment you pay, and your guests take part in their phone’s browser. It works the same in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, across Europe and anywhere else. What language is it in?
Each event runs in the language you choose: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Portuguese. The guest page, your dashboard and the wording in your films follow that language. Your guests can speak or write in whatever language they like; nothing is transcribed or translated, so each message stays exactly as they recorded it.
Can we collect for longer?
Yes. Guests take part before, during and after your event, from the moment you share the link. You set the closing date, a few days after the event if you like, and can move it from your dashboard.
