Video Message provides a physical wedding guest book kit with QR codes that allow wedding guests to record video messages. These messages are stored securely and can be compiled into an edited film for the couple. The service includes a web platform for managing videos and downloading the final film.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all video content recorded by your wedding guests. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and edit your videos solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload illegal or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, use the service for purposes other than its intended use, or reverse engineer our software.

6. Video Storage & Availability

Guest videos and generated films are stored for a limited period after your wedding. It is your responsibility to download your content before the expiration date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Video Message is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

8. Refunds & Returns

Physical products purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy. For digital service issues, please contact us and we will work to find a fair resolution.
