How do you collect photos and videos from attendees at a corporate event?
With Video Message, the company displays a QR code in the room or emails a link to its people: everyone sends videos, photos and written messages from their phone, with no app and no account. Photos can play live on a big screen, after approval if the organizer prefers. After the event, a first film gathers the video messages within 24 hours, then a personalized film adds the photos and notes. One code covers one event, from $49 down to $23 depending on quantity, and everything is deleted from our servers three months after the first film is delivered.

Questions from companies
Do employees need to create an account?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link and join from their phone’s browser. Their name is optional.
Can we approve photos before they appear on screen?
Yes. Before the event, choose automatic display or approval first. A hidden photo leaves the screen but stays in your album.
Can we use our logo and brand colors?
Yes, with white label: QR code, attendee page, slideshow, films and emails in your colors. White label is quoted separately.
Can remote colleagues take part?
Yes. Email or message them the link: they send a video, photos or a note from anywhere, as long as collection is open.
How long is the content kept?
Three months after the first film is delivered, then everything is deleted from our servers for attendees’ security and privacy. The deadline shows in your dashboard.
