Questions from wedding venues
Do we need equipment or someone on site?
No. A displayed QR code is all guests need. For the slideshow you need a screen, TV or projector with a web browser and an internet connection.
Who gets the films and photos, the venue or the couple?
The couple. Each code is one event: its videos, photos, notes and films live in that event’s dashboard, separate from every other event.
Can we resell the service to our couples?
Yes. You buy codes at volume pricing and set your own price, included in a package or as an add-on.
Can our logo appear?
Yes, with white label: your logo and colors on the QR code, the guest page, the slideshow, the films and the emails. White label is quoted separately.
What if cell coverage is weak at our venue?
Guests need a connection to send videos and photos, and so does the slideshow screen. If coverage is weak, share your guest Wi-Fi; guests can also send their contributions later, as long as collection is open.
