When should I buy my QR code?
Whenever you like, even months ahead of your event. Your QR code never expires before use: your dashboard opens when you activate it, and your first film arrives within 24 hours after your event closes. Buy now, activate when you're ready.
Is it complicated for my guests?
No, and that is the part that matters most. They scan the code with their phone camera, a page opens, and they record a video, send photos or write a note. No app, no account, no password: a first name is enough. Grandparents manage it. They can share during the party and after it, until the closing date you choose, for example a few days later.
What do I receive, and when?
Your ready-to-print QR code and guest link, instantly after payment. Then, within 24 hours after your event closes, your first film, edited from the video messages with the music and style you chose. You then create your personalized film with photos and notes, and download every photo and video as a ZIP and the message book as a PDF.
Which events does it work for?
Any: wedding, birthday, celebration of life, bar or bat mitzvah, baby shower, retirement, and more. The codes are generic: you choose each one's event type when you activate it, so a single purchase can cover several different events.
Does this work outside Switzerland?
Yes, anywhere in the world. Nothing ships to you: your QR code is delivered online the moment you pay, and your guests take part in their phone's browser. This page prices in Swiss francs (CHF); other currencies have their own page.
What language is it in?
The page your guests see, your dashboard and the wording in your films are available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Portuguese. You pick one when you set up your event, and all your guests see the same. Your guests can of course speak whatever language they like: nothing is transcribed or translated.
What if I change my mind?
You're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on any unused code. If a code hasn't been activated for an event, just reach out and we'll refund it, no questions asked.
Do I need one code per spot?
No. One code per event, which you print on as many signs and cards as you need: entrance, bar, buffet, tables.
My party lasts two days: one or two codes?
One code per party, even over two days: your guests use the same QR code from start to finish. The 3-pack is for separate events, such as an engagement party, the wedding and a first anniversary.
What happens after 3 months?
We keep your films, photos, videos and notes for 3 months after your first film is delivered. The date is shown in your dashboard and an email reminds you before it. Download everything before then: afterwards it is deleted from our servers, for your guests' privacy.
How is this different from a photo-sharing app?
A photo-sharing app gives you a gallery to sort yourself. Here the same QR code also collects video messages and written notes, and you get two edited films: the first within 24 hours after your event closes, then a personalized film with the photos and notes.
